From the: Nigerian Minister of State: Viola Adaku Onwuliri
To the: Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal

Greetings, it is with eagerness that I write to you. Nigeria, under the government lead by President Goodluck Jonathan is seeking to rapidly bring our nation forward into the 21st century. We are as such, attempting to expand our diplomatic reach and our trade relations. We see Portugal as a great opportunity to achieve both our goals, we would like to invite a diplomatic mission from Portugal to Nigeria to discuss topics ranging from trade, cultural exchange to uranium mining and military cooperation. A strong working relationship between Africa and Europe is necessary for the advancement of the global population. I look forward to your reply.

With this, the Minister of FA would board the Portuguese VIP plane, along side his detailed delegation and his own security, with them they would bring various documents and briefing to instruct the Minister. Previous to this, he would have meet with the Prime Minister to know what direction should Portugal take in Africa.

After a few 2 hours, the flight would arrive near the airport requesting permission to land, if the order was given, the Plane would land on the airport, and after it being secured in a hangar. The Minister and his delegation would go through customs and would wait to be transported to meet with the Minister of State.

The Portuguese Aircraft would be quickly ushered onto the ground where the crew and passengers would be allowed to exit quickly, a small group of Abuja Capitol Police had been assembled to provide loose security, but Abuja was a safe city and there was no reason to believe trouble would happen. A small delegation from the State Office would greet the Portuguese Minister of Foreign Affairs and his delegation at the airport and show them to their waiting convoy of town cars. Once all delegates were inside the convoy would set off with a police escort to the State Building, where Minister of State, Viola Adaku Onwuliri would be waiting to greet them.

As the greetings were prepared, press had gathered to take pictures of the delegations together before their meeting. A private room separate from the media and any other prying eyes would also be prepared for the meeting between the delegations, at the large conference table there would be water, computers, and access to a projector. The modern building was recently constructed and created specifically to host modern and effective meetings with foreign delegations.

As the convoy arrived, the Nigerian delegation would sweep into action greeting them. Viola would embrace the Portuguese Minister of Foreign Affairs as if they were old friends kissing him on both cheeks.

"Welcome, Welcome! It is an honor to have you here, please let us gather for photographs, you must tell me of your flight and your opinions of Abuja so far, I trust your commute was efficient and short enough."

The man would be a bit flustered about the kisses, as it was not common to be kissed by a politicians in Portugal, but he would go with the flow, also embracing her.

"The Flight was great, and Abuja is so so beautiful, i really love the architecture, perhaps i could borrow some of your civil engineers!" He would chuckle

After a set of press pool photographs the delegates from Portugal would be lead into the entrance of the Foreign Ministry. They would be taken down a hallway to a secured and private room which would have a conference table, tablet computers, laptops, notebooks, pencils and pens, and refreshments. Once inside they would all take their seats.

Viola would speak again.

"I am glad you enjoyed your flight. I am honored by your praise for our capitol city. It is truly the pride of Nigeria. We hope to sho
