What's the deal with Northern Cyprus because of the rule of everything before 2001 being recognised?

Howdy @Zak ,

I'm not sure if I understand your question. Everything involving Cyprus before 2001 did occur. Are you asking if you have RP-control over Northern Cyprus? The answer to that question would be: no. As far as I can see, Northern Cyprus is and was a de facto independent state.
