Recipient: İsmail Cem, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Republic of Turkey I would like to congratulate the Turkish Government on their recent election win. Diplomatic relations between Turkey and Norway were established in 1925, and the bilateral ties are excellent from previous governments and I would like to further extend our cooperation with Turkey and invite you to visit Oslo whenever you are free to do so in order to further the relationship between our two countries.
