OPEN TENDER NOTICE
Procurement of Supplementary Combat Vehicles
Federation of Free Communes of Ukraine

The Federation of Free Communes of Ukraine hereby invites sealed bids from duly authorized and qualified suppliers (Zebra ; Tokugawa ; John ; Alexander ; Danny ; ManBear ; Jay ; Jamie ; Odinson ) for the procurement of 2,160 supplementary combat vehicles to complement our existing M2 Bradley IFV fleet. All submission must strictly comply with the minimum technical and financial requirements detailed below.

Minimum Technical Specifications

• Weight: No heavier than 25 tonnes (without add-on armour).
• Passenger Capacity: Must accommodate at least 6 passengers.
• Main Armament: Vehicle must be equipped with a main armament no smaller than a 25 mm autocannon.
• Missile Capacity: Must have the ability to carry anti-tank missiles.
• Operational Range: A minimum range of 480 kilometres is required.
• Maximum Speed: While not a mandatory requirement, a maximum speed of at least 64 km/h is preferred.

Financial Requirements

• Unit Price: The price per unit must not exceed USD 4,000,000.00.

The Federation of Free Communes of Ukraine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or partly, and to annul the tender process without assigning any reason thereto.
