Philippine Ambassador to India (based in New Delhi) Mrs. Teresita Daza prepares sends a private message to Secretary Preeti Saran, informing her that she will visit her office for a meeting. Ambassador Daza brought along a briefcase containing documents, a secured laptop, and a secured smartphone. Both laptop and smartphone has redundant security which includes a biometric (fingerprint) accessing and a 6-digit PIN code.

Once prepared, she will board her car and instructs her driver to proceed to Secretary Saran's office.

Sec. Saran was waiting for the Philippine delegation to arrive to her office. Her boss prepped her on their desires and was ready to begin negotiations on a Free Trade Agreement. The Non-Aggression Pact would be considered a secondary matter, but one that could lead to a stronger, multipolar Asia.

Ambassador Teresita Daza arrived at the office of Secretary Saran five minutes earlier than what she expected, all thanks to his Indian driver (who was a former tax driver in Calcutta ). She enters the Ministry building, logs in to the reception, then proceeds to meet Sec. Saran.

"Good afternoon, Madame Secretary. Thank you for accommodating me. How's things doing, Sec. Saran?"

"Madame Secretary, the Philippines recognize India as a potential economic powerhouse. Being one of the BRICS nation, the government of the Federal Republic of the Philippines has tasked me to relay to India our intention to engage more trade, commerce, technology development, and in all forms of productive endeavor that will further benefit our 2 country. As a start, we have 2 things we wish to accomplish. First is to establish a Free Trade Agreement. Second would be to establish a Export Agreement particularly based on product exports.

I do have drafts of these 2 document prepared if you would be interested."

Done at Calcutta, India on July 2012 in duplicate originals, in the English and Hindi language.

Ambassador Daza would further discuss the export agreement:

"Now regarding exports, I am thinking of trading our exports product between our 2 country. My country's main exports (as per National Exports Registry https://modernnations.com/threads/mn-national-exports-register.1501/) are Agricultural Products, Electrical machinery/ equipment, Gems/precious metal, wood/lumber, and ships/boats. How about India? What are your top exports?

[OOC: You need to register your top 5 products in that National Exports Register]

Ambassador Daza would wait for Secretary Saran to sign the FTA document.

While waiting for her to sign the document, she will also discuss further about the proposed trade deal.

"Is there any of our export product we can trade to India in exchange of Refined Petroleum?"

"Perfect. We can do this simple arrangement:

1.) India to export Refined Petroleum to the Port of Cagayan de Oro (Philippines) per month

2. ) Philippines' to export Electrical Machineryto India per month. Origin will be from Port of General Santos (Philippines)

3.) Value of each trade shall be of equivalence.

Philippines will assign our M/V Baleno Five, an ALAHAS General Cargo Vessel for our shipment. Just advise the port where we will deliver the Electrical machinery so we will start the trade.

Oh and by the way, I just want to remind the FTA document." (Apparently she is still waiting for Sec. Saran to sign the FTA Document)

Available ports would given to the counterpart for them to pick the most economical at any given time. Sec. Saran would motion an aide to take the document. Upon its return, the ceremonious signature of the President would be on the document.

"Hmmm... We'll pick your Port of Kolkata then.

so to finalize the trade routes:

1. India to export Refine Petroleum to Philippines on a Monthly basis. Origin would be from Port of Kolkata (India). Destination will be Port of Cagayan de Oro (Philippines).

2. Philippines' to export Electrical Machinery to India on a Monthly basis. Origin would be from Port of General Santos (Philippines. Destination will also the Port of Kolkata (India).

By the way, do you have the commercial crude oil tanker to deliver the petroleum to Philippines? Our Philippine Industry for Maritime Products and Shipbuilding (PIMPS) sells Oil tankers just in case India does not have oil tankers yet (https://modernnations.com/threads/p...maritime-products-and-shipbuilding-pimps.781/)"

Ambassador Daza would also thank Sec. Saran for the signed FTA document.

[OOC: Btw, you need to register your trade route via this form: https://modernnations.com/fc-forms/form_view?form_id=6 ]

Seeing that Sec. Saran is not interested in discussing with the Philippine Ambassador, and seeing that Sec. Saran has disrespected Philippine ambassador Daza by going for a discussion with the previous Japanese government despite being in an ongoing discussion with her, Ambassador Daza would decide to leave quietly and return back to her embassy office.

She waited for Sec. Saran to go for her daily Cow Urine drinking break (https://www.bing.com/videos/search?...F1A92CC767ED6EF4CB1FF1A92CC767ED&&FORM=VRDGAR). Seeing Sec. Saran is busy savoring her "yellow treat", Ambassador Daza would quietly, secretly, discreetly leave her office and hurry back to her embassy office.

Once Ambassador Daza has returned back to her embassy office, she will send a private, secret, encrypted message back to the Department of Foreign Affairs, informing them of the unproductive, useless meeting with the Indians. she will also privately/secretly tell them of the Cow urine drinking phenomenon which is a popular craze in India.

Learning that disgusting, grotesque fact, Philippines will make a mental note that henceforth their moniker for Indians will be "Bovine Piss Drinkers (BPD)".

Considering the above had not occurred, it was odd for the ambassador to just get up and leave. The Secretary would take note, tear up the treaty, and assume the Philippines were unworthy of further time. She informed the ministry of their actions for further review.
