Greetings,

First I would like to state Poland's stance in Politics within Europe. Poland's primary goal is to have a stabilized and secure Eastern Poland. Both militarily and economically. Even if that is outside of the Global Assembly and the newly formed European Union. Secondly, our goal is for a peaceful Eastern Europe where all citizens are cared for equally.

Secondly, I wish to open talks that will formalize diplomatic relations between our two nations as well as other Eastern European nations such as Ukraine and Serbia. We hope it would be acceptable to have an representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, including from Republika Sprska, to come to Warsaw and meet with me to begin talks to formalize these relations and begin talks of our future.

Sincerely,
Asia Dudek
Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister

Greetings,
It would be an honor to be hosted within Sarajevo by the the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Sprska. We here in Poland are eager to begin developing these Diplomatic Relations between our two fine nations. We will begin making preparations for assigning an Ambassador and a Deputy Minister to attend these talks. How does two weeks from now sound to your Government for these talks to begin?
Sincerely,
Asia Dudek

Greetings,

We are finalizing preparations on our end for the Diplomatic Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina. Just sending the finalized itinerary for your governments inspection. Unfortunately with Minister Borusewicz still on a diplomatic mission, I will be unable to attend the meeting, however I have assigned another Deputy Minister, Mariusz Stokłosa, and the chosen Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Budzisław Babic. Minister Stokłosa has studied European Law with a keen interest in the Balkans while Ambassador Babic is a first generation Polish Citizen whose parents were originally from Bosnia.

Accompanying these two delegates will be two members of the Polish Office of State Protection as well as four aides to assist in the talks. They will be arriving via Polish Government Tu-154 within the next few days. While we request that our security agents remain armed, they will comply with any and all restrictions placed by your Government in the hopes of promoting peace and tranquility between our two nations.
Sincerely,
Asia Dudek
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs
