Your majesty's own history, rooted in royal lineage, personal sacrifice, and steadfast leadership in the pro-democracy movement, embodies the spirit of national resilience and the yearning for a just and representative political order. The symbolic role you have shouldered as a unifying figure and constitutional safeguard will, we believe, serve as a stabilizing force during this critical transitional period. We here in the Kingdom of Poland stands in full solidarity with the principles outlined by the Council: constitutional reform, dismantling of authoritarian structures, transitional justice, and an inclusive democratic future. These goals resonate deeply with our own national history and values. Accordingly, we would like to express our strong interest in opening official diplomatic channels with the new government of the Union of Myanmar. We hope to establish formal lines of communication between our respective foreign ministries and explore avenues for constructive cooperation between our two nations. Whether that be democratic institution-building, transitional justice, cultural exchanges, and/or civil society engagement. We are prepared to formally sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement as requested, and arrangements will be made through the Ministry of Defense and our legal office for immediate review and countersignature. You may proceed to transmit the relevant legal instruments through the encrypted diplomatic channel previously established.

With respect to your generous equipment offerings:

• We wish to express direct interest in the 4.5 Generation Fighter Aircraft, the Coastal Defense Battery, and the IFV/APC systems.
• At this time, however, our armed forces are not in need of main battle tanks or counter-battery radar platforms. Should our defense posture evolve, we will re-engage on these assets at a future time.

Additionally, we welcome your initiative to open formal embassies between our nations. Myanmar is prepared to host a Polish mission in Naypyidaw, and we will reciprocate by establishing our own mission in Warsaw. We can offer Mr. Linn Maung as the Ambassador to Warsaw.
