Direct-Generals, Thank you for taking your time and reading this communication in regards to the Singaporean issue. With the rise in Public Unrest and the death of the Indian foreign national during the protests in Singapore, my government has decided to issue a travel advisory and are working to assist Polish, and other foreign nationals, citizens to leave the nation. We currently have a task force headed to the Riau Archipelago to assist in these evacuations. It is my hope that we can count on the Thai Embassy and the staff there to assist our forces in evacuating any personnel who find themselves unable to leave the country by their own means, be this due to financial or health constraints. I have opened diplomatic communication with the Singaporean Ministry of Foreign Affairs to allow Polish helicopters to land at Changi Airport to assist in the evacuation. As our closest ally to Singapore, it is our greatest wish to have your support in this endeavor and allow us to bring foreign nationals to Thailand our two governments will work together to assist in bringing these foreign nationals home.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Thailand acknowledges receipt of correspondence from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Poland. We share mutual concerns regarding the current escalating situation in the Republic of Singapore.

Thailand has been diligently monitoring developments within Singapore, and our Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued an official statement urging restraint from all parties involved. We express deep concern regarding the unfortunate demise of an unnamed Indian national who was reportedly subjected to violence by local authorities and subsequently passed away after hospitalization.

Thailand recognizes the legitimate concerns of the Polish Government and understands the rationale behind issuing a travel advisory for the Republic of Singapore, particularly in light of the reported challenges in ensuring the safety of protesters by local authorities. Our Embassy in Singapore stands ready to assist the Polish Government and any foreign nationals, not originating from Singapore, seeking to depart for Thailand, whether through support from the Republic's government or the Polish Government task force.

The Republic of Thailand extends its readiness to support any deployment of Polish Armed Forces contingents to the Riau Archipelago. This assistance is provided as part of the privileges conferred by the Ministry of Defense of Thailand to the Kingdom of Poland, in recognition of our nations' dedicated alliance. Poland enjoys full military access, fleet berthing rights, auxiliary support, and equitable representation, all of which we believe will enhance the effectiveness of your task force in its humanitarian mission.

Furthermore, a carrier strike group, designated for humanitarian purposes in Asia, is currently positioned in close proximity to the Strait of Malacca. Details regarding their location and operational status will be made available to the Polish Armed Forces Headquarters. This humanitarian component will be promptly mobilized to provide assistance as needed by the Polish task force, unless exceptional circumstances necessitate the deployment of our own naval assets from Thailand.
