Your Imperial Majesty, Emperor Yi Won of the Korean Empire, On behalf of the Kingdom of Poland, I would like to extend my warmest greetings and deepest respect to Your Imperial Majesty and the esteemed government of the Korean Empire. It is with a spirit of friendship and admiration that I write to express my Kingdom's desire to formally reestablish diplomatic relations with the Korean people. Our nations share a long and valued history of cooperation and mutual respect, rooted in modern ties established prior to the collapse of the Republic of Korea. We recall warmly the close military collaboration between our nations during the unification of the Korean Peninsula. A partnership that significantly contributed to regional stability and the security of your people. Prior to the rise of the Korean Empire and the fall of the Republic of Korea, our people shared academic, economic, and defensive partnerships that rivaled many of those in the world and we would see that our friendship is reestablished. The Kingdom of Poland recognizes the Korean Empire as a partner of great importance in East Asia and is eager to cultivate a renewed relationship built on mutual trust, respect for sovereignty, and a shared commitment to peace and prosperity. It is my personal belief that the restoration of formal diplomatic ties will open the door to meaningful collaboration across multiple sectors, including:
Please accept, your Imperial Majesty, the assurances of my highest consideration and sincerest wishes of the Kingdom of Poland for the health, prosperity, and enduring reign of the Korean Empire. |
With deepest respect, Stanislaus Grabowski King of Poland Święty Król Polski |
