Secretary Brookes; First I would like to thank you and your government for being such gracious hosts during my tenure within the United States of America as the assigned Ambassador to your government. It has been a delight to take in the sights around your magnificent nation. I fully understand why so many Americans do not travel abroad with as many wonderful national parks as you have within this gorgeous country. As for the reason I am writing this message it is to officially request the formalizing of diplomatic relations between our two nations through the avenue of economic cooperation. I would like to request a meeting between yourself and my team to begin these talks as soon as it is convenient for your team. I have included a list of talking points we will bring up to better insure both teams present are fully able to discuss these relations and I request that if you wish to add anything to these, please do.
