Secretary Brookes; First I would like to thank you and your government for being such gracious hosts during my tenure within the United States of America as the assigned Ambassador to your government. It has been a delight to take in the sights around your magnificent nation. I fully understand why so many Americans do not travel abroad with as many wonderful national parks as you have within this gorgeous country. As for the reason I am writing this message it is to officially request the formalizing of diplomatic relations between our two nations through the avenue of economic cooperation. I would like to request a meeting between yourself and my team to begin these talks as soon as it is convenient for your team. I have included a list of talking points we will bring up to better insure both teams present are fully able to discuss these relations and I request that if you wish to add anything to these, please do. In regard to formalizing diplomatic relations between our countries economically, I can confirm to you that President Sinclair has directed me to cooperate fully with your government and, if invited, fly to Poland to directly discuss economic matters with your government. I am happy to enter into negotiations regarding the parameters that you set out in your last message. I look forward to hearing back from you, or another representative from your government.​

Secretary Brooks, We would also like to extend the offer for you and anyone else from the American Delegation in Warsaw to visit any of our Royal Parks, the equivalent of your national parks. It would be an honor to host you and your delegation within Warsaw to discuss the economic matters. Please send your itinerary when finalized and we will insure your arrival and duration of your visit here will be memorable. I have been asked by His Majesty King Stanislaus Grabowski to also discuss a matter he has previously discuss with President Sinclair regarding bolstering the automotive industry within America by bring a Tarpan factory over to the United States to cater to the rural and outdoors communities.

Secretary of Commerce Donald Brooks and his staff began to prepare for a working visit to the Kingdom of Poland. The State Department and the White House were both informed that trade negotiations, among other things, were likely to happen while Brooks was there. Brooks was sure to take his lap top and entrapment software so that he could work while travelling and when he had downtime. He also had his government-issued Blackberry which he could also use. Five armed Diplomatic Security Service special agents travelled with the U.S. Commerce entourage to ensure their safety.

Ambassador Sniegowska was informed of when would be an appropriate time for Secretary Brooks to visit (which was very soon) and, if that was acceptable to the Polish government, preparations were made and Brooks would keep true to his word and head to Poland for these talks.

Ambassador Sniegowska would inform the Polish government about when the American delegation would be free to visit, very soon. Upon confirmation from the Polish government, Sniegowska would relay the affirmative back to Secretary Brooks regarding the timeline for their visit to Poland. Back in Poland, the government would be taking steps to host the Secretary of Commerce within Warsaw. The Office of State Protection would work closely with local Policja and BOA to ensure the security of the delegation during their visit. The Office of State Protection would also loop through encrypted and secured means in the Diplomatic Security Service to insure they were aware of all protection plans in place prior to their arrival and during the visit.

Warsaw International Airport would be the chosen arrival point for the delegation. The hours prior to their arrival, the airport would be inspected by local police and OSP forces with dogs to insure the safety of the arrival. Outside the terminal, armored police vehicles and armored Mercedes-Benz S600s from the Polish Diplomatic Force would be waiting alongside any American cars from their Polish Embassy alongside armed Policja and OSP agents.
