To whom it may concern, Some time ago Polish Defense Forces posted an open tender for a Patrol Vehicle. Turkey offered the Otokar Cobra and was paid $3,400,000. After reviewing documentation and receipts we have discovered that Turkey accepted the payment but never provided the products(10x Otokar Cobra). This is an initial communication in order to receive the purchased product. If no reply is received we will be forced to contact the ICJ in order to receive compensation. |
