Overview

Established in 2006 under the authority of the Crown and the Ministry of National Defense, the Polish Center for Special Operations and Unconventional Warfare (PC-SOUW) serves as the Kingdom of Poland’s premier institution for the advanced training and development of special operations forces. The center integrates cutting-edge simulation systems, strategic innovation labs, and harsh environmental training zones to prepare elite units for multi-theater, asymmetric, and unconventional warfare.

With its main campus in Poland and a forward training detachment in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), PC-SOUW is tasked with preparing operatives for global deployments across urban, jungle, mountain, maritime, and hybrid warfare environments. The institution is directly overseen by the Commandant’s Office, ensuring centralized command and doctrinal unity across its training systems.
