Honourable Mr. António Guterres,

I thank you for your concern. I apologies for this late reply. His Excellency, Presidente Fox is currently out of country, and it took some time to find this email. While Mexico does appreciate this offer, there would be no way for the Government to pay back your country. This war is taking a toll on the country's stability and economy. However, it is a necessary war to rid crime and terrorism from our country to make it free and safe for our citizens, and for tourist that wish to venture here. Mexico does not wish to burden other countries with our internal struggles. We do however appreciate your support in our endeavors. I will ensure that the President receives these messages on his arrival home and have him reach out to you with further information.
