I would like to kick start our relations, by formally congratulating your entry into the world stage as a sovereign power. China wishes a strong and close relationship with your nation, as well as an alliance, in order to bolster both our capabilities in fronts such as Trade and Economy. If it is possible I would like to invite you to China to discuss these events. China views North Korea as important partner in the world, and a friend to have. We also view you as a potential Ally and Friend. As such we would like to make both our ambassadors meet in Beijing in order to discuss various events.
