After receiving the encrypted email from the Honorable Prime Minister of Japan, Taiwanese Madame President Tsai Ing-wen (Armed with T75 pistol ) with Joseph Wu, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, alongside with 10x Taiwanese National Security Bureau Agents (armed with T75 pistol, T91 assault rifle) would board on to Boeing 777-300ER "Taiwan Air Force One" Flight which is operating at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Boeing 777-300ER that madame president already boarded along with her NSB Armed Agents, plane would be fully fueled and taxied on the runway, took off from Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. The destination is Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. Upon entering on Japanese Airspace, Taiwanese Boeing 777-300ER would ask permission to land. "Tower One, this is Taiwan Air Force One T400 Quebec, we have Taiwanese President & Foreign Secretary on board, we are requesting permission to land." It would take 3 hours to reach Tokyo, Japan.

"Air Force One you are cleared to land on runway 10L. T400 Quebec you are cleared to land on runway 10L. Air Force One taxi to stand 1 via Alpha, Charlie. T400 Quebec taxi to stand 2 via Alpha, Charlie." After 10 minutes both planes arrived at their stands. The president would first disembark the plane then Foreign Secretary and all the other personnel.

As the Madame President Ing-wen and Foreign Secretary Wu would stepped out of the Boeing 777-300 ER, with these 8x NSB Armed Agents, they would cover both Taiwanese President and Foreign Secretary as they are walking. As President Ing-wen would chuckle. "Thank you for inviting us, I am pleasured to be here. What a beautiful atmosphere that your country have!! My flight was great and 3 hours of flight does not make me tired. How are you?" After, she would shake hands with Japanese Officials.

After the little chitchat Madame President Ing-wen, Foreign Secretary Wu and Shinzo Abe went into the armored limousine. While the NSB and the Japanese agents went into the first two and last two armored vehicles. Then the convoy was escorted to the National Diet building.

After a long ride they finally arrived at the national diet building.

"Madame President and Foreign Secretary Wu, we have finally arrived at the national diet building."

After a short walk through the building they arrived at Shinzo Abe office.

"Please take a seat Madame President and Foreign Secretary Wu. Before we start the talks we would like to let you know what the plans for today are. First we will be doing our meeting. After the meeting will be a press conference and then there will be a dinner. Does this plan suit you or would you like to change the day planning?"

After the Madame President Tsai and Secretary of Foreign Affairs Wu arrived into Prime Minister's Residence, they would both sat down. "Thank you for inviting us on a short notice. We are amazed to see your residence and Japan is a reliable partner in Asia after any other countries in the world. We have nothing to do and so we are fine with your plan. I would like to hear about what your plan entails. Let's get to business."
Madame President and Secretary of Foreign Affairs would remain seated and waiting for Japanese PM to say about their plans.

"First of all I would like to announce that Japan will recognize Taiwan as an independent nation. This is something that should've happened a long time. But due some internal issues in Japan's government we couldn't do this earlier."

"As you also may know that there is the Senkaku Islands dispute between China, Taiwan and Japan. We already have spoken to china with the dispute and may have a solution. We would like to make Senkaku Islands a demilitarized zone meaning that the islands would't be used for military purpose. The plan is to make a resort in the islands for tourists. What do you think about the idea?"

“I like the idea. I believe it is a great idea to open Senkaku Islands for Tourists, let us make demilitarized and our citizens lives in that island too. Senkaku Islands is a part of Jurisdiction under the Yilan County, Taiwan. We thank you for the recognition and We have been in contact with Last Japanese administration because they are afraid not to meddle with Chinese policy. I am glad that you have talked with China, I find China and Japan are the friends of Taiwan. Senkaku Islands will be used as a tourist spots. So, we would like make some amends about tourism. China Airlines, a Taiwanese Airlines Company willing to open routes from Taipei to Tokyo and few other Taipei to Okinawa. Also, we would like to talk about military cooperation with Japan. What’s your point of view about these agreement and tourism?”

This agreement will allow our nations to trade products and we accept electric machinery, iron and steel and please accept our exports. I have signed the Free Trade Agreement and have a look so that if we need to change anything. In the meantime, we would open an embassy of Taiwan at Tokyo. Given we have open defense business policy and I am sure our defense industries will help Japan if they require assistance with our products. I would like to hear more about the economic development plan between our nations.”

"Hotels and zoos aren't going to be a problem. But building a small airport isn't possible in Senkaku Islands. There is not enough space to build one. The only option is to build the airport in the sea. But doing that is really expensive. The best way to reach Senkaku Islands is by boat."

Also, we know nothing is impossible and we both can build similar like Kansai International Airport so that we have both routes are open for travel and consumers such as tourists will feel best.
