PROJECT INFORMATION	Argentina is provided with a vast territory and a huge variety of climates and microclimates ranging from tundra and polar in the south to the tropical climate in the north, through a vast expanse of temperate climate and natural wonders like the Aconcagua, the highest mountain in the world outside the Himalayas, the widest river and estuary of the planet, the huge and mighty Iguazú Falls, some of the flattest and wide meadows-plains of planet Earth, culture, customs and cuisines famous internationally, a higher degree of development (very high compared to other Latin American countries), good quality of life and people and relatively well prepared infrastructure make this country one of the most visited in South America. To further enhance the amount of Tourism Argentina receives each, the Government envisoned a broad National Program to boost those numbers. The plan will have sinergy with other ongoing infrastructure projects such as the improvement of airports and highways, and focus on the promotion of Argentina as a tourist destination abroad, grants for tourism operators to improve their infrastructure (after reviewing their proposals), given additional training to tourism related staff, designing new merchandising, maps and brochures, working together with airlines to promote special destinations with reduced prices, creating clear environmental guidelines for sustainable tourism, creating special policing forces to serve tourism in main cities and tourist destinations around the country. Work would also be done to improve the relation with cruise operators to include more argentine ports in their schedules, specially those in the Patagonia and Antarctic region.

As part of an investigation by the Swedish National Security Office into the current economic health of Argentina, the transfer details to Russia would be intercepted without detection by either the sender, the recipient or any other party. The details of which would be held securely in a centralised database within the SNSO whereby, in line with the Document Classification and Security Act 1997, the grading of 'TOP SECRET' would be appended. This was possible due to the lack of encryption level on the project thus making the information publicly accessible.

This investigation is into alleged fraudulent activity in respect to ongoing economic projects conducted by the Argentine executive which claims to see a projected $27.7billion dollar investment in the state; this, when compared to publicly available statistics, shows a projected $20billion dollar shortfall. Hence the investigation.
