PROJECT COST500,000,000.00
COMPLETION DATE17/01/2021
PROJECT INFORMATIONArgentina's agroindustry ministry announced that the national government will spend over US$ 500,000,000 on infrastructure projects to prevent floods and increase the productivity of the important argentine agricultural sector.

By reducing the impact from rain, the Flood Risk Management Support Project will help farmers to better manage and control their crops and cattle, guaranteeing a more foreseeable harvest.

The argentine Pampa is a very fertile plain, known as the heart of the argentine agricultural sector. But the same rivers and basins that make its soil rich in minerals are also easily subject to increased rainfall and extraordinary climate events (which have increased during the last decades due to global warming).

As part of an investigation by the Swedish National Security Office into the current economic health of Argentina, the transfer details to Russia would be intercepted without detection by either the sender, the recipient or any other party. The details of which would be held securely in a centralised database within the SNSO whereby, in line with the Document Classification and Security Act 1997, the grading of 'TOP SECRET' would be appended. This was possible due to the lack of encryption level on the project thus making the information publicly accessible.

This investigation is into alleged fraudulent activity in respect to ongoing economic projects conducted by the Argentine executive which claims to see a projected $27.7billion dollar investment in the state; this, when compared to publicly available statistics, shows a projected $20billion dollar shortfall. Hence the investigation.
