PROJECT INFORMATION | The MB-3 Tamoyo was a Brazilian Main Battle Tank project started in 1979 by the Company Bernadini, who before had been working on modernizing the tanks of the Brazilian Armed Forces. The first prototype was made in 1984 and another two were made throughout the 80s, however, no buyers were found and by 1993, the Project was completely abandoned, however, now with the creation of the Brazilian Research and Development Center, the project as been revived with the full backing of the Brazilian Government.
