| PROJECT INFORMATION | The Empire of France has a large network of intelligence agencies. To enhance cooperation and create a unified central complex the decision was made to create a united headquarters. Each agency would maintain their own facilities, but this central HQ served to bridge the connections between the agencies and reduce inter-agency competition as well as enhancing the flow of data where relevant.
