| PROJECT INFORMATION | The Mesob Tower will be located in Addis Ababa, the capitl of the country and symblize the modernization process of the nation together with helping boost tourism nationwide. It will be a public/private collaboration, with the state being the main investor and several private enterprises financing parts of the development. It will have 70 floors with a final height of 250 meters above sea level, located on a 20,000m2 plot. In its inside it will feature hotels, shopping malls, a cultural centre representative of all regions of Ethiopia, a gym and a golf club, offices and a convention center among other things. It is exected that this project will become Ethiopia's main landmark and a tourism attraction.
