| PROJECT INFORMATION | The Israeli Center for Research and Development is a government funded and government run facility dedicated to the research and development of new military hardware and equipment for the Israeli armed forces to use. Aircraft, missiles, vehicles, IFVs, ships, and everything in-between will be researched and developed at the facility for use with both Israel and its allies. The location of the facility will be within northern Israeli, with access to the Mediterranean Sea to allow testing of vessels. Other sections would include firing ranges and training fields for personnel equipment, off-road and built roads for testing of small ground vehicles, forests and hills and other terrain for larger ground vehicles (including artillery), a large airfield with various hangars for testing of various aircraft, a few silos and fields for TELs would also be built to aid with the testing of various missiles, a laboratory under the highest security and built-in countermeasures would be built to test biological and chemical warfare, and lastly a large field would be created to allow the testing of radar systems. |
