| PROJECT INFORMATION | The Tokyo Grand Hotel & Casino will be built on Odaiba Island off the coast of Tokyo. The architectural style is a mix of modern with Japanese traditional elements. The structure will comprise a ground floor split into 4 sections: First, the area dedicated to gaming of all kinds, second, a grand foyer entry way to the hotel, third, the ground floor of the shopping plaza, and fourth a separate entrance for a convention center. Gaming will take place in over 171,500 square feet of dedicated gaming area. The casino will cater to all levels of gambler and most major gambling games, such as: slots, craps, roulette, blackjack, etc. Sports and race betting will also have a dedicated area within the gaming zone. There will be private rooms set aside for high-stakes events as well. Above the Casino will be a large restaurant, shopping, entertainment, music, and nightclub area. Companies will be able to rent space within the casino to cater to Casino guests. Above the Casino and shopping area will be more private event and area spaces to be rented and used as needed. Following the private event rooms, will be the first floor of hotel rooms. The Casino Hotel will hold 5,000 rooms. Dispersed throughout the room floors are luxury amenities available for hotel guests, including massage parlors, steam rooms, etc. The Convention Center will be a large, mostly empty space, capable of hosting massive convention events. The center is convertible for multiple purposes, including for concerts, fighting events, or other indoor sports. |
