PROJECT INFORMATION | Objective: In order to promote tourism into differing parts of Poland, Phase II of the program focuses on modernizing and upgrading existing resorts throughout Poland while also providing incentives for new resorts to begin operating. This is done in the hopes of attracting both domestic and international tourists. Infrastructure Upgrade: Invest in upgrading transportation infrastructure such as airports and public transportation assets. Resort Modernization: Renovate and modernize existing resorts, ensuring that the accommodations, facilities, and amenities meet contemporary standards. They will also implement sustainable practices in resort development, such as green building standards, waste reduction programs, and eco-friendly energy sources to better attract eco-conscious tourists. Cultural and Recreational Facilities: Develop cultural and recreational facilities in resort areas that include theaters, museums, art galleries, and sports complexes to better provide a diverse range of activities for visitors. This will expand into promoting and supporting local cuisine by supporting restaurants, food festivals, and hosting culinary events that showcase regional specialties. Themed Events and Festivals: Organize themed events and festivals throughout the year to attract a variety of visitors such as music festivals, cultural celebrations, and sports events. Digital Marketing Campaign: Once renovation has been completed the revitalization phase of the project will commence with the launching of a comprehensive digital marketing campaign to promote Poland’s renovated resorts globally. Utilizing social media, online travel platforms, and virtual tours the newly created Tourism Board, apart of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Economy hopes to reach a truly diverse market in the hopes of bolstering the Polish tourism industry Investment Incentives: The Tourism Board will offer incentives for private investors to participate in resort renovation and revitalization projects, encouraging the development of new accommodations, entertainment venues and additional recreational facilities. Community Engagement: The Tourism Board will involve local communities in the planning and development process to ensure that the revitalization project benefits residents and respects the local cultures while also protecting their environment and tranquility. Training and Skill Development: The Tourism Board will offer training programs for hospitality and service industry professionals to enhance the quality of services offered at resorts and facilities around Poland. Accessibility for All: The Tourism Board will work closely with the local governments to insure the revitilized areas are accessible to people with disabilities, implementing necessary infrastructure improvements where possible and offering inclusive activities and services. Tourist Information Centers: The tourism board will establish well-equipped tourist information centers in resort areas to provide visitors with helpful information, maps, and assistance in being able to enjoy the revitalized sector of the Polish economy. Quality Assurance Standards: To better implement and enforce quality assurance standards and to maintain a high level of service and amenities in resorts, the Tourism Board will form a specialized Resort Inspection team that will travel the resorts at random times throughout the year to ensure a positive experience for tourists and locals. |
