Scope & Deliverables: 50,000 prefabricated housing units built in dense, transit-accessible areas near major employment zones. Average unit size: ~55–65 m² (2–3 rooms, small kitchen, bathroom). Urban focus cities: Pyongyang, Kaesong, Nampo, Hamhung, Wonsan, Sinuiju, Chongjin. Infrastructure package: Local roads, drainage, electricity connection, clean water supply, and basic sewer systems.
