The initiative seeks to replace outdated collectivist farming methods with a modern, market-oriented agricultural economy that ensures food security, rural employment, and export potential. This initiative directly supports national GDP growth by increasing agricultural productivity, reducing food imports, and creating value chains from farm to market. Core Objectives: Introduce mechanized farming (tractors, combines, irrigation systems) Train farmers in crop rotation, soil management, and pest control Transition from state-run farms to farmer-owned co-ops Provide microloans and collective bargaining support Build 5 regional training & research centers Partner with universities and international NGOs for knowledge transfer Plant windbreaks and engage in soil restoration Introduce agroforestry to maximize land use efficiency Build small-scale cold chains, storage, and rural roads Enable farmers to access urban and export markets
