| PROJECT INFORMATION | Situated between the villages of Riva and Anadolufeneri at 41°13'12.6"N, 29°11'21.6"E. The Royal Arsenal shall become the location where all research and development instigated by The Ottoman Government shall be carried out. In addition to a research complex, the site will also have a shipyard/dry-dock, airstrip and artillery testing range included, along with hangars, barracks and a military garrison to ensure that the site is protected around the clock. As a result, the site will be capable of experimentation in anything the government sees fit. |
