The building can be locked down in the case of an emergency with all entrances and Exits restricted except to L4+ Staff. Provisions within the building will be made for security staff of 100-150 and Military Personnel of which there will be 20 on site at all times. Entrance and Clearance will be Based apon a L1-L6 Basis with L1 being the lowest generally for low level staff and L6 Being for the Highest Level of staff, generally Commanders and High Profile Authorized Politicians including the president. There will be accommodations for prisoners underground as well for interrogation. |
