| PROJECT INFORMATION | In order to establish Vietnamese self-sustainment for communcation, Plus GSM will be constructing 10,000 cellphone towers at strategic locations that have been pre-scouted by Polish Construction crews that have been sent in country. During the construction phase, Plus GSM will utilize the Vietnamese Companies PEB Steel and Tan Tao Group in order to stimulate that Vietnamese economy utilizing local workers. These 10,000 towers will be placed in the most populated areas of Vietnam in order to limit over-burdening of the fledgling service while also providing the best possible service for the price. These will be under the ownership of Plus GSM until technicians can be trained in the Vietnamese Companies Viettel and Vietnamese Post and Telecommunications Company |
