| PROJECT INFORMATION | Phase 1 will be a mass evaluation of the current infrastructure. The evaluation will handpick which areas will require immediate renovation and which areas are stable enough to wait for the overhaul. The evaluation phase will utilize Plus GSM contractors and locals to best evaluate the areas that will benefit the overhaul. Phase 2 will be a construction phase of the most damaged and suboptimal lines. Any lines deemed too damaged to maintain will be taken down. Temporary lines will be strung in order to limit the loss of service. During this phase ground lines will be buried at least 1 meter but no more than 3 meters below the surface. Any digging or construction required will be contracted out to Vietnamese Companies PEB Steel and the Tan Tao Group. Once the new lines are ran and buried, temporary lines will be removed. Phase 3 will be a construction project to overhaul the rest of the telephone grid. Temporary lines will be ran to limit the loss of service. All lines will be buried at least 1 meter but no more than 3 meters below the surface. Any digging or construction required will be contracted out to PEB Steel and the Tan Tao Group. Once these new lines are ran and buried, the temporary lines will be taken down and removed. Phase 4 will be a strategic testing of the phone lines with careful monitoring by technicians from Plus GSM and Viettel and Vietnamese Post and Telecommunications Company. Once the testing is completed, Plus GSM will make any necessary repairs and upgrades until stability is achieved. Ownership will remain with Plus GSM until technicians can be trained at Viettel and Vietnamese Post and Telecommunications Company. |
