Following notification of this production by Turkish Aerospace Industries, an organisation for which Svenska Innehav AB is the majority stakeholder, Swedish Defence Materiel Administration has ordered an immediate cease and desist. This production, including that of all its component parts and subsequent delivery, will halt immediately with due notification sent to Myanmar as a matter of course.

Sweden does not ordinarily allow for the export of strategic defence equipment in a bid to ensure national security and any effort to pursue such exports should be following consultation and evaluation by the Swedish Department of Defence.
