Thank you for this communique, the Global Assembly is always open to new nations seeking to join the organisation. There is a membership process, with requirements which must be met prior to your nation's ascension to the status of member state. In order to achieve that status, your government must:

- Ratify the Charter of the Global Assembly
- Ratify the Statute of the Court, Statute of the Assembly and Statute of the Secretariat
- Ratify any and all passed Resolutions of the Global Assembly

Upon confirmation that the required documents have been properly ratified, we shall welcome your nation as a Member State of the Global Assembly and welcome a Romanian delegation to the GA Campus in The Hague.
