Regarding Moe

I think that Moe is now taking this issue too far into OOC territory regarding the Taiwanese; as of this post, Moe, as Brazil, has started using IRL news reports that have no bearing at all on IC dealings and referencing Sumit's prior dealings regarding Brazil in a pretty explicit hashtag in an effort to what I feel is to undermine Sumit's own attempts to RP. I feel it is likely that he is not taking this situation maturely at this point, and I advise a warning against Moe and a deletion of the post, with a reason as to why; this is because I feel that this is starting to become more and more toxic the further it gets with him, to the point where OOC thoughts are affecting IC decisions more than they should.

Hello @NagandEmerald ,

News Reports from Real Life can often be used within game play. This is nothing out of the ordinary, but Moe has been spoken with privately regarding Community concerns.
I've asked Moe to explain who is speaking in his Roleplay Posts (Spokesperson, or otherwise) and how. Verbally, he'll use " " between his speech.
This should resolve the confusion, whereby Players think Moe is speaking OOC, and not in the boundaries of the game.

The Staff Team are continuing to monitor the situation with Moe, and are often speaking with him to avoid the same mistakes.
