H.E. Vice Minister of Economy and Finance, Cho Jiwon extends her best wishes, aside from the previous email proposal on the Monetary Fund, the Vice Minister would like to discuss with you the provisions of the Resolution and open informal discussions with the Secretary General on the formation of a global economic council. The Vice Minister looks forward to the conversation and hopes that they will be fruitful and see the enhancement of multilateralism, international cooperation, and international development.
The Vice Minister is currently attending the GA session, and would be available to leave the meeting as it moves towards voting and begin the discussion with the Secretary General. As well as available to meet after the voting is completed at the convenience of the Secretary General. Please find attached the Seoul Accords, a draft resolution for the formation of the Global Economic Council.
