The Ukrainian Air Force is looking for a fighter aircraft to meet all operational demands for the immediate future.

Key Design Requirements:

• Must have the ability to act as both an air superiority fighter and attack aircraft.
• At least 4 hardpoints with capacity of at least 5,000 kg.
• Ability to carry air-to-air or air-to-surface missiles.

The above are non-negotiable.

Preferable features:

• Combat range of at least 800 km (500 mi) without refuelling.
• Maximum speed of at least Mach 1.2 at sea level when fully loaded.
• Ability to carry anti-ship, anti-radiation or cruise missiles.
• Ability to carry bombs.
• Electronic countermeasures in some form.
• At least 24 of your product are available.

The more preferable features offered, the more likely it is that your product is selected.

Based on your tender it is my pleasure and privilege to offer the following equipment for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Dassault Rafale C F-3R

Based on the requested features we believe it meets or exceeds all of them.

Required:

• The Rafale is an air superiority fighter first with multirole capabilities.
• It carries 14 hardpoints with a total capacity of 9,500kg.
• It can carry a wide range of munitions, including both air-to-air and air-to-surface missiles.

Preferred:

• Its combat range is 1,850km.
• Its maximum speed is Mach 1.8 with a supercruise capability of Mach 1.4
• It has the capacity to carry all types of air-launched munitions.
• It features the Thales Spectra, one of the most advanced electronic warfare systems in the world.

We are able to offer the Rafale for 85,267,888.00 and if so desired have a dual-seat variant for 90,957,850.00.
