Request to create subforum

I would like to request the creation of a new subforum in the like of the "ISAF" one, under "Diplomatic Proceedings", called:

"Confederation of Independent States"

If possible I would also like to request to have 3 subforums inside:

- [CIS] Political Board
- [CIS] Economic Center
- [CIS] Defence Council

The Requirements for a Political Forum are as follows:

- Link of three individual meetings that discuss the creation of it.
- Corporate Account created.
- Minimum of three members.

You are unable to have any subforums within it either. Please could you provide the three links and confirm the three members involved?
