Greetings on behalf the Republic of Ireland. We would like to formally invite the Republic of Poland's Government to Dublin to inspect a building we have set aside to be as an Embassy for the Republic of Poland. Subject: Establishing Diplomatic Relations

CC:

Greetings Minister Rabbitte and the Republic of Ireland. The Republic of Poland would be grateful to accept the offer to visit the Emerald Isle to inspect the aforementioned Embassy location. We are together in our wishes for establishing a good relationship between our two great nations and increasing the European Sphere of Influence. It is Poland's goal to increase the standing of Eastern Europe and help establish it as the bread basket of Europe, and the world.

Sincerely,
Aleksander Kwaśniewski
Minister of Foreign Policy

Excellent news! We would like to continue our talks onto subjects such as Visas, Movement of Travel, Trade, and Discussions of a Unified Europe. Of course everything can be discussed in due time and there is no rush on any of these discussions. We would like to include other European countries into these talks over time.

Respectfully,
Pat Rabbitte
Minister of State

Very well. I suppose with the establishment of an Embassy in Ireland the next topic of conversation should be Visas and Movement of Travel between the citizens of our two nations. I propose, for the time being, that travel be limited to those that hold a passport and a visa. As tensions settle within Ireland, in regards to the protest and riots that have begun occurring, we can come back to the issue and hopefully resolve it down to just an exchange of visas.

Sincerely,
Dariusz Rosati

Sounds great. I propose a 30 day Visa with presentation of Passport upon entry into either country. An extension of an additional 30 days may be requested upon approval from either Embassy and proper Government channel. While said traveler is in either respective country they will be aloud free travel throughout either nation, and most obey all host nation laws. Violators of the Visa will be deported and place on a 90 day travel ban restriction to said respective nation. If you have anything else you would like to add or have any discrepancies please let me know and we can alter the conditions.

Respectfully,
Pat Rabbitte
Minister of State

We accept your proposal towards the Visa. A total of sixty days provides an adequate amount of time, in our belief, to explore either country. We also agree to the proposal for Violators to be deported and placed on a 90 day travel ban. Now that we have Visas and Movement of Travel taking care of, the next step would be to discuss trade. The Republic of Poland offers Natural Gas, Sulfur, Amber, Car Parts, and Copper for trade.

Sincerley,

Poland agrees to transport Sulfur, Amber, and Car Parts to the Republic of Ireland in exchange for Pharmaceuticals, Meat/Crops, and Machinery and equipment. In an effort o avoid over taxing the economy of either nation we propose a delay between the start of the trading until February then routinely transport once a month. If these terms are acceptable we will write a Trade Proposal that your government can sign off on.

Sincerely,
Dariusz Rosati

A phone call would be made to Dariusz Rosati, Minister of Foreign Policy on a secure and encrypted line.

"Hello this is Mr. Spring, Minister for Foreign Affairs. I have reviewed the emails and realized that a port was never decided for the trade that was agreed upon. If I could get a port, I will transfer the trade route to our Trade Department."

The phone would be routed through the Ministry of Foreign PolicyAffairs until it landed with a junior minister involved with trade delegations. All of the incoming and outgoing lines within the Department of Foreign Policy were encrypted and secured.

"Greetings Mr. Spring. This is Junior Minister Bruno Michalak. After reviewing the notes left on this trade proposal, it appears Minister Rosati had intended to tell the Irish delegation that the port of Szczecin was the intended point of contact. Would there be anything else I can assist you with?"

"Nothing else, Thank you for your time. I am sorry this is taking so long, lots of red tape. I'll get this submitted immediately, the ships will set sail from Dublin Port."

"Not at all. You have a pleasant day, Mr. Spring."

The Polish junior minister would wait until the Irish delegate disconnected the line before also doing the same.
