Subject: Procurement of Shipping Vessels

CC:

Greetings! The government of Romania would be interested in purchasing 10 Tanker 2500s. These would be immediately added to the Romanian trade fleet and would not be transferred or sold without your government's permission.

Best Regards,
David Milcu, Chief of Maritime Affairs.

Dear Chief David Milcu (Kelly the Mad),

Thank you for contacting the Ministeries van Buitenlandse Zaken (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), unfortunately the Kingdom of the Netherlands doesn't see fit to sell any pieces of equipment both military and civilian to the Republic of Romania due to the current ongoing crisis between yourselves and the Republic of Moldova. With that being said, the European Department within the Ministry itself has seen it fit to update the Foreign Affairs Travel Advisory System (FATAS) to notify its citizens that the status of Romania has been updated from "Exercise normal safety precautions" to "Reconsider your need to travel". They have also seen it fit to place sanctions (Arms, Trade and Financial) on the Republic of Romania until the current situation is sorted peacefully.

With regards,
Mr Gommert Garretsen
Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation
Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Kingdom of the Netherlands
