It has been over an entire decade since Romania has entered its state of isolationism, however, under its new leadership of King Cristofor and Queen Cosmina, Romania is once again ready to emerge from isolationism and re-enter the global stage. The Ottoman Caliphate and Sultanate is at the top of our list in re-opening diplomatic relationships and hopefully trade routes. I hope that re-opening diplomatic relationships and trade routes are within Ottoman interests and will wait for your reply. Our schedules for a meeting are open and we will begin preparations for such a meeting in Bucharest once Turkey has informed us of their selection of an appropriate ambassador. Bucharest also remains as Romania's capital city and even though late King Augustin of Romania closed the foreign embassies in the city, the buildings remain in working order and can quickly and easily be re-established.
