To establish relationship, first we would like to discuss about trades such export and import. Taiwan can export Electrical machinery, equipment, Machinery including computers, Plastics, Optical, technical, medical apparatus, Refined Petroleum to South Africa. Which port should we use? For the benefits of trades, these are things that we can export to South Africa. Does your armed forces required equipment, we can help you in terms of armed forces. What do you think?"

We are providing equipments for your armed forces and you can produce them without paying us extra money. What do you say?"
