The Republic Thai Navy will commence the decommissioning ceremony of ten Gepard-class Frigates soon during the late 2003. To ensure that these frigates, which have been a part of the Republic of Thailand for over four years, will be transferred to their new caretaker, we are seeking a potential buyer. The payment of these frigates would commence after the decommissioning ceremony in Thailand, which would take place afterward.

By expressing your interest in buying or you are the one who buy these Gepard-class Frigates (vessels), you agree and solemnly vow to the agreement below
End-Use Monitoring: You agree to grant the Republic of Thailand access to monitor the usage of these vessels to ensure that they are operated under the international laws.
Non-Aggression: You agree to not use these frigates against Thailand or any other Southeast Asian nations.
Upgrades and Maintenance: You agree that Thailand does not have any liability to maintain, repair, or upgrade vessels sold to you.
Payment Terms: You agree to transfer funds to the Republic of Thailand Government via internationally recognized system or invest in the infrastructure and economy of Thailand under the same worth.
Environmental Compliance: You agree to never use of engage these vessels in any manner that harm to the environment or hinder the sustainability development, all of which, the vessels should be operating under stringent environmental regulations.
Crew Training: You acknowledge that you have the rights, after buying these vessels, to call the Republic of Thailand to provide training programs of the vessels’ crew, in which Thailand holds all the rights to rejection.
Joint Exercises: You acknowledge that you have all the rights to request the participation in the Thai Naval Exercise within Asia and request Thailand to host naval exercise involving these vessels within your nation’s vicinity.
