A platoon of 28 Naval Spetsnaz also known as Russian commando frogmen and a platoon of 28 Naval Reconnaissance Infantry from the 874th Marine Battalion would board a Tu-204-100/200 at Chkalovsky Airport. It was piloted by three Airforce Pilots. Groundcrew would service the aircraft, loading it up to full fuel capacity and make sure all systems were in working order before departure. The soldiers wore their respective uniforms without weapons, armor, or web gear. Basically just wearing VSR-93 uniforms with their unit, branch, and rank insignia. The Spetsnaz however wore M88 type uniforms with TTsKO camo patterns. In luggage they each brought a change of clothes, 24 hour rations, Soviet era two way radios, compass, and various bits of field gear. The Spetsnaz in particular brought with them wetsuits, diving flippers, and IDA71 rebreathers. They brought no weapons as the mission was to only scout the port of cork, and the position for the military exercise.
The Irish Drivindeath were informed a plane with the Russian representatives was on it's way to Cork Airport. 28 to go to the port, and 28 to go to the proposed exercise area. It was requested that preparations such as vehicles be made for them. Buses would do fine if that is all that is available.
The aircraft would safely take off, moving to cruise speed and altitude before traveling the coords of Ko, JO, and IO to reach the Cork Airport.

Upon arrival of the Russian Tu-204-100/200, the Russian soldiers would be able to see 2 white travel buses parked at the Military Gate of Cork Airport. There would be one person in each bus dressed in a camouflaged uniform. There would be 3 men standing outside and would appear to be wearing military dress uniforms. One of them would be wearing a dark blue service uniform with gold trim around the cuffs of his wrist, and have a white officer cap on, the uniform would be decorated with ribbons and medals. The other 2 would be dressed in green service uniforms with a brown leather belt that went around the outside of their jacket, they would be wearing green officer caps, they would also be decorated in ribbons and medals along with a yellow and cord that went around their left shoulder. They would be standing in a professional manner, with feet approximately 6 inches apart, hands in front of them, one over the other, and standing up right with shoulders back and heads up looking at the Russian plane as it pulled into the gate. As the plane came to a stop and preformed it shut down procedures, the 3 men would approach and stop just before the stairs that where being pushed by airport crew to the plane doors.

Ones the stairs were in place the Russian soldiers would file out in and orderly fashion in marching order. First that came out were the Naval Spetsnaz, who marched with discipline. Their lieutenant at the head of the formation marching them into a column of fours next to the plane. Next the Naval Recon Infantry came out in such a fashion as well. Their uniforms were crisp and well taken care of. However, the older uniforms of the Spetsnaz still bore Soviet era insignia and stamping. The Naval Infantry has Soviet era belt buckles as well. The two officers stood at the front. With the two columns in place the two officers in a orderly marching fashion approached the Irish soldiers, specifically who ever at a glance had the highest rank, and gave them a salute in respect of their rank.

The Spetsnaz officer would speak first."Lieutenant Bortsov Foma Georgiy of the Naval Spetsnaz. We are here to inspect the Port Accomodations. In the cargo bay of the plane is our diving gear."

The Russian Naval Infantry Officer would speak next."Lieutenant Vakhrushev Yevdokim Khristorozhdestvensky of the Naval Reconnaissance Infantry. My platoon is here to inspect the proposed exercise site."

All three officers would salute as a sign of respect. The officer in the middle would speak first:
"Leifteanant-Choirnéal (Lieutenant-Colonel) Ryan Quill, 2nd Division, 3rd Brigade Commander of the Irish Army. This is Ceannfort (Commandant) Brett Uley 3rd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Battalion Commander of the Irish Army." he would point to the other officer in the green uniform.

The last officer in the dark blue uniform would then speak.
"Ceannasaí (Commander) Steven Dent, Commander of the LÉ Eithne (P31) (Flag ship of Ireland)."

Lt Col Quill would speak up again:
"The first bus is going to Haulbowline Naval Base, it is approximately a 30 minute drive east from here. The second bus is heading to Camp Gormanston which is roughly a 3 hour drive, just north of Dublin. The second bus will be stopping in Dublin briefly to refuel. The aircrew will unload you bags and assist in putting them into the proper bus. We are very pleased to have you all here. If we shall gentlemen." He would motion towards the busses.

"Understood. Is there any possible issues either of our platoons should know about before arrival?" Lieutenant Vakhrushev Yevdokim Khristorozhdestvensky asked as Lieutenant Bortsov Foma Georgiy made his way over to his platoon to convey which bus they would be taking. Spetsnaz would take the first bus, and Naval Infantry the second bus after Lieutenant Vakhrushev Yevdokim Khristorozhdestvensky would radio it in to his Sergeant.

A loud explosion would be heard, as the conversation and loading of the busses was happening. A member of the Gardi at the Airport would run over saying that a ship blew up in the impound lot at the harbour.

"Feckin terrorist..." the Lt Col would mutter. "Apologies, the IRA have been quite active as of late, but they haven't done anything this far east. I assure you everything is fine. The Gardi and our Armed Forces are more than capable of handling these dissidents. Once we get your men on base, they will be safe and secure."

"Very good, lets head out then. The sooner the better." the Officer would say. With that, the Russians would file into their respective buses and await to be taken to their destinations for review of each site. Though they were on edge after hearing those explanations. Should nothing go wrong and they had their equipment they could begin survey right away. Thoug one team would arrive before the other obviously.

Bus 1 would head east toward Haulbowline Naval Base. As they got near the base they could see smoke by the waterfront, and rescue crews. They would stop at the gate to the base. After passing through the gate they would drive out onto a bridge and finally enter the island of Haulbowline:

They would navigate through the base and arrive at their Barracks that they would be sleeping in. There would be a group of Sailors outside in uniform. They would assist the Russians with their luggage and show them to their rooms. Each room would have a shared kitchen and bathroom, however they would have their own individual rooms attached to the common area. They would be very modern.
"Tomorrow I will bring you to the Port, so that you may survey the docks." Ceannasaí (Commander) Steven Dent would say.

Bus 2 would head north east towards Dublin. The drive be rather bland, passing green fields and hills. As the bus approached Dublin the bus would stop at a petrol station and refuel. The Russians would have the opportunity to get off the bus, stretch their legs, use the restrooms, talk to locals, smoke, or whatever they'd like for roughly 15 minutes. By this point they had been driving for nearly 2 hours. After the refuel they would get back on the bus and head towards Camp Gormanston. They would arrive at the barracks, and a company of soldiers would be standing in front of the barracks all in camouflaged uniforms. The guidon would have an Erin's Harp and have 12th INF under the harp, under that would be the letter 'D'. The bus would come to a stop in front of the company. As the Russians all exited, the man standing by the guidon would salute and speak.

"Greetings, welcome to Ireland esteemed guest. Ceannfort (Commandant) Rotter, D Company 12th Infantry Battalion. We are tasked with maintaining this training site. My men will escort you to your rooms and help you with any luggage. My company will assist you in your survey of the training location. But for now, I am sure you are all very tired from your flight over here. Tomorrow we shall begin."

The Naval Spetsnaz would make themselves at home with the Officer Coordinating which bunk going to who and making sure that each space was to be kept tidy by the Spetsnaz that had been assigned to it. A makeshift storage area would be assigned in the common room with the scuba equipment and military equipment being sectioned off. Neatly sat there instead of being piled up the soldiers would explore their new environment after having been settled in. They would make sure to turn in for the night and were told to wake up at 4 sharp in the morning. If anyone was caught sneaking around after dark they would be punished.

---

The Russian Naval Infantry once at the petrol station would take the opportunity indeed. Walking around the place, using the restroom, and attempting to buy Vodka before their Sergeant stopped them. He couldn't have them drunk while they were surveying the sight, and he kept a close watch on that following the incident.

Once at Camp Gormanston the soldiers would file out neatly and line up to be greeted. Lieutenant Vakhrushev Yevdokim Khristorozhdestvensky of the Naval Reconnaissance Infantry would return a salute out of respect."Thank you for having us Ceannfort. My men will certainly be jet lagged following such a journey. A good night's rest should sort that out. We can be ready to depart within an hour of 0400."

The next day at 0400, the weather would be cloudy and around 17 degrees Celsius. The Naval Spetsnaz would be taken to the port where there would be 3 Offshore Patrol Vessels, 3 Frigates, and 2 Corvettes, sitting in the harbor. Ceannasaí (Commander) Steven Dent would be at the port, wearing his Duty Uniform, which was in contrast to his Formal Attire he was wearing yesterday.

"Good morning Gentleman. Today you will have access to the port, no ships are scheduled to leave today. However if you do need any vessels moved, please let me know and we can get the crew of the ship to take it out of the port within 1 hour."

0400 hrs at Camp Gormanston it would partly cloudy and there would be a slight drizzle of rain, current temperature would be 12 degrees Celsius. Ceannfort (Commandant) Rotter would be wearing his duty uniform and would have the officers of his battalion with him, 5 Captaen's (Captain's), 5 Leifteanant (Lieutenants), and 15 Dara Leifteanant (Second Lieutenants). There would be 5 Star 266 Trucks and 4 Tarpan Honkers parked in front of the barracks.

"Good Morning, today's agenda is to survey the sights of the training centre. The Tarpan Honkers are for senior officers and Company Commanders to include Russian Officers. The Star 266 Trucks are for the rest of the personnel. Please load up and we shall proceed with the tour of the training site."
