Dear Friend,

I would like to say firstly thank you for providing support to democratic forces in Russia, it gave the democratic loyalists in Russia much needed negotiating room. Now not much has come out of Russia sense, but after much hard work, I have with the help of my cabinet stabilized things to a point in which we can look outward. The hard-line communists could only see what we had lost and were retrograde. Meanwhile, I and the others only see what Russia has to gain. I recall the time when I saw a supermarket in the United States. I want that for Russia. But it has become apparent some of my policies while liberating do not have stabilizing controls on them.

Regardless, I would like for Russia and the US to work together in the future and even now. I believe that there is much to be gained from a friendship between our nations. Russia has much to rebuild, and our new standing on the international stage must be one of a stabilizing force based on respect, not fear and control as it was in the past.

"Dear Boris,

You are welcome for this support. The United States will always push for democracy to prevail around the world and we will always have your back in this regard, should you need it. We are more than willing to work together in the future and I look forward for any suggestions on how we would do this.

Yours,
Bill Clinton
President of the United States of America."

Greetings,

I believe that considering the nature of your assistance during the attempted coup military cooperation would be greatly beneficial. What occurred during the attempted coup has shown that there are nations that are more then willing to militarily intervene in Russian affairs. In this instance it was the Ukraine, a now decidedly non democratic country. There have been other incidents that have made us realize that military cooperation would be to the benefit of not just us, but the international stage.
