On behalf of the President of the Russian Federation, I am reaching out to propose a meeting in Moscow between the Prime Minister and representatives of the Government of the Republic of Poland.

This meeting aims to strengthen dialogue, address shared concerns, and explore avenues for cooperation between our two nations. We believe that direct discussions at this level will contribute positively to bilateral relations and regional stability.

We kindly ask you to share your availability and preferred dates for this meeting. The Russian side is prepared to accommodate the Polish Government’s schedule and will ensure all necessary arrangements for a productive engagement.

We look forward to your response and to the opportunity for constructive dialogue.

Chairman Nazarov, Thank you for reaching out to me and the government of Poland regarding high level bilateral talks betwween our two great nations. Just to insure we are all in the same page here, I had been talking to Colonel General Alexander Fomin regarding high level talks after a breakdown in communication between my government and the new government regarding the sell and procurement of Russian equipment. These talks occurred after formerly state ran Polish Defense Acquisitions, now the publicly traded Polish Defense Exports, attempted to sell a series of products to a third party. My government complied with your government’s wishes to cancel the product orders following a bilateral summit to discuss the state of things with the new Russian government. We were offered a compensation package and an undeclared amount but my government thought it was best to refuse such a thing on the basis of friendship between our two nations. We had suggested the use of the former Soviet building in Poland known as the Palace of Culture and Science as the designated meeting spot but we never heard anything back from your own government until now. While I am ready and willing to accommodate a change of venue and meet with your government within Moscow, I would be remiss in my position to not reiterate our desire to host talks within Poland at the Palace of Culture and Science. As for my schedule, I am currently free to host the meeting or travel to Moscow to take part in the meeting. I feel I must establish a line of communication between pour governments that Poland is still interested in maintaining friendship with the Russian people and to maintain diplomatic protocols with your nation. I feel I would be remiss in reminding your office once again that Poland made a significant investment into the Russian Federation to insure we had these capabilities to produce our own equipment to the sum of $5,000,000,000.00 initial investment alongside a premium charge for all produced equipment totaling $349,853,920.22. We are still not currently asking for compensation for the loss of these subsidies, I am simply clarifying Poland's position. I feel during these talks we must also discuss the previously agreed upon Russo-Polish Brigade to be hosted within Poland and also the formation of a defensive and security pack with the Russian government.
