Private and Classified To whom it may concern, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia would like to inquire the possibility of acquiring 51% or more of Engesa Engenheiros Especializados S/A and Embraer. This could be potentially an extremely lucrative deal for the Brazilian Government. Upon acquiring 51% or more of these companies, Brazil would lose the right to sell or block productions of products of each company through its "Smoking Snake" exports. However, if such an acquisition were to go through, Brazil would retain the right to produce products from these companies for the production cost and we are willing to offer a commission on all future sales for the next 5 years. Brazil at the current moment is uninterested in selling its stocks to Saudi Arabia, however, If Interested in the Acquirement of Brazilian Equipment, Brazil is more than willing to sell it at a reasonable price.
