We in serbia hope this arrives to you at a good time, us here in serbia would like to open our market to the world and allowing serbia to grow and prosper. We here look up to america's rise in global status post-ww2 and would like to as well increase our global standings via the volatile european market. We have begun massive industrialization programs such as the S.E.R.P Program. yet serbia has just planned our largest experimentation yet. A Massive hydroelectric power dam placed along the danube river. this dam could be able to charge the nearest balkan cities for extremely cheap! Yet as such a small nation we do not have all the funds to pay for this massive project. It costs 2,000,000,000.00 alone for stage 1 out of 4! We in serbia need outside connections for support connections that we do not have yet. our request is to take a 3,000,000,000.00$ Loan out and begin paying the loan back in small amounts every (IRL) Month.
Please consider the possibility. this dam could provide electricity for all of central europe for years to come.
