"Dear the Heads of States of Russia, Ukraine, China and North Korea,

The Republic of South Africa is giving your nations 48 hours to evacuate your embassies in Pretoria, your consulates elsewhere and your diplomatic personnel are to leave South Africa as they are declared persona non grata by the power vested in me as State President of the Republic. All South African diplomats will be recalled from your countries and will leave within 48 hours. We cannot allow sympathises to the African National Congress, Pan-Africanist Congress or South African Communist Party in our country. Those organisations are banned entirely within our country. This is done with the power vested in the government by the Internal Security Act of 1982.

Kind Regards,
Pieter Willem Botha,
State President of the Republic of South Africa."

With that, all South African diplomats in Russia, Ukraine, China and North Korea would get the message to depart those countries ASAP. They would shred all documents in the embassies and consulates and would begin departing in taxis towards airports to board flights, not necessarily to South Africa but to whatever non-communist country they can get a flight connection back to Johannesburg.

The Ukrainian Diplomat and his staff in Pretoria, as well as the staff of any and all consulates in South Africa or its 'Homelands,' would quickly destroy any and all sensitive materials inside the embassy. Once they had ensured that all sensitive material was destroyed they would depart the embassy in town cars and book commercial flights to Egypt and from their to Kiev. They would obey all laws in their departure and attempt to create as little of a disturbance as possible.

Greetings,

I am not sure what you hope to accomplish with this little demonstration? Perhaps you are trying to side with as of yet unannounced forces that would oppose our rightful and lawful government? I am afraid you are sadly mistaken if you think that this will accomplish anything other then embarrass your nation. I have extreme doubts your nation will receive any economic aid for such a blatant attempt at wooing the West. Rest assured however, we see that your struggling nation requires help. If you so wish, you can submit an economic aid request to our foreign office, and we will consider the matter.

From: Alexander Rutskoy, Acting President, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic

---

Embassies and other Russian Government Offices would begin to burn documents and destroy them to prevent South Africa from obtaining them. Though there was very little to be found, as the documents on hand were pertaining mainly to tourism, Russians in South Africa, and other affairs to do with the Embassies. Certainly no Military secrets or any other absurd things. Even SIN wasn't connected here.
