Spain | Call to Korea

The President of Spain, Rafael Cortés would phone his counter part in Korea in order to speak about some events happening around the world, he would wait patiently in his room while his phone call was encrypted and private. He would mess around with some papers and a few documents while he waits.

Prime Minister Jo would receive the call on behest of President Kim who was currently attending the Jeju Summit. The Korean Embassy in Madrid would apologize for the President's absence to the Spanish Government. Once the Spanish President would reaffirm the call could proceed, the Koreans on their own encrypted and secured call would transfer the line to the Prime Minister's private line. Prime Minister Jo and a translator with clearance would be present.
