Recipient: Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia I would like to extend my congratulations on behalf of the Kingdom of Spain to your country and government on the success and rise of the new government in Saudi Arabia. Spain and Saudi Arabia share a wonderful relationship based on many Saudis visiting Spain each year to bring tourism to our country and vice versa. The Foreign Minister was currently in another diplomatic call. The message would be forwarded to his office. The Deputy Foreign Minister Hafiz Al-Saud would private place a phone call to the Spanish Foreign Minister. When the call was picked up, he would immediately greet whoever responds and identity himself.

"As-salamu alaykum.... Deputy Minister, this is Arancha González, the Foreign Minister of Spain, thank you for taking my call at such unprecedented times, how are you?"

"Waleikum Salaam Mr. Gonzalez. It is a pleasure to speak with you. I am doing great. Everyone is on edge at the moment due to the crisis in Iraq. I'm sure you share our concerns. How are you doing?"

The Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs sighed as she was called Mr. González when she was a happily married female but she shrugged it off as she wanted to get straight down to business.

"I am very well Deputy Minister, I want to extend my congratulations to your government on the recent election win and I hope to see Saudi Arabia shine on the international stage. Yes, the situation is very concerned, we have confirmed reports that our Embassy in Baghdad was targeted. We suffered a bombing in Madrid a few days ago with chemical weapons and we believe this was also the actions of the Iraqi government."

The Deputy would awkwardly chuckle. "There are no elections in Saudi Arabia. The House of Saud has been in power since the early 90s. It has been ruled by the Royal Family for over a century. I believe you are referring to the reshuffling of the executive cabinet and Muhammad Al-Qahtanis appointment as Crown Prince.

I am glad to hear that you are well. I have been deeply saddened by events that unfolded in Spain. On behalf of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I express my deepest condolences and support. Saddam Hussein is a threat to all of us and we must ensure his regime is toppled.

I'm assuming you are aware of our invitation to the coalition forces communication? I would like to ask what is the stance of your nation. What exactly is your opinion on the matter and more specifically how do you feel about Iraq post-Saddam."
