I am writing to propose a military exercise between Spain and the United States of America. This exercise would provide an opportunity for our air forces to collaborate and strengthen our partnership in air defense operations. Our mutual commitment to security and stability in the European region makes this exercise a valuable and necessary endeavor. I believe that this exercise will benefit both countries by enhancing our ability to work together in the air and maintaining our readiness to respond to any security threats around the world and shall allow us to strengthen our relationship.
